Beems Brasserie is sinds 1985 een sfeervol culinair trefpunt in hartje Amsterdam, gelegen aan het Rokin tussen de Dam en het Spui. De brasserie ligt te midden van een aantal musea, toeristische attracties en loopt evenwijdig met de Kalverstraat,de bekendste winkelstraat van Nederland.
De brasserie heeft de allure van een Parijs boulevard café, en in de zomertijd is er rondom een groot terras met 100 zitplaatsen, waar de gehele menukaart wordt geserveerd.

Men kan er terecht voor koffie met taart, een drankje, een bittergarnituur of een glas champagne van het vermaarde huis Maxim’s de Paris. De keuken is doorlopend  geopend voor een smakelijke snelle lunch, een diner of gewoon een gerechtje tussendoor,afgestemd met een vriendelijk geprijsde wijnkaart.  

Men kan de zaak ook afhuren voor recepties en besloten diners.
Er is parkeermogelijkheid in de nabijheid van de brasserie. Per openbaar vervoer is  Brasserie Beemsvanaf het Centraal Station bereikbaar met nagenoeg alle tramlijnen.

Op korte loopafstand ligt ons kleine, wereldberoemde jazzcafé “De Dokter” in de Rozenboomsteeg, verscholen achter klimop, met een authentieke inrichting, die niet of nauwelijks is aangetast door de tijd.
Tijdens een bezoek aan dit café voor een nostalgische borrel of een trendy drankje met gelijkgestemde gasten, waant men zich èn in het verleden èn in het heden, met een conversatie naar de toekomst.

Beems Brasserie is since 1985 an atmospheric gastronomic meeting place in the ultimate middle of Amsterdam on the Rokin, between Dam Square and the Spui.The brasserie is situated in between of a number of musea, touristic attractions and runs parallel with the Kalverstraat, the most well known shopping street of Holland.

The brasserie has the airs of a boulevard café in Paris, and during the summer period we have a large terrace around the brasserie of one hundred seats, on which you can enjoy our complete menu.There is a poosibility for coffee with tart, a single drink, a small appetizer or a glass of champagne (the famous house Maxim's de Paris)The kitchem is open all day for a quick delicious lunch, supper or just a small bite, accompanied by a friendly priced winelist. 

For receptions and private dinners you can hire our brasserie. We have parking possibilities in the direct neighbourhood. By public traffic the brasserie is assesible from Central Trainstation with almost all tram lines. 

On short walking distance is our small, world famous jazz pub "De Dokter" (the little doctor) in the Rozenboomsteeg, hidden behind ivory. It has since 1798 an authentic décor, not of hardly affected by time.During a visit tot his pub for a nostalgic or a trendy drink with like-minded guests, one is delosions in the past and the present, with a conversation to the future.
